I work in recruitment, albeit in a different sector, but happy to have a quick look and give some general pointers. PM me and I will send you my work email address and I will take a look.
I have to say I review hundreds of CV's a week and I hate the ones that have blatantly been formatted by a company making it look the same as dozens of others. Not a good start....
