To Buy or not to Buy ?...tired of renting !

DSO and the nearby developments are not actually that far out. Ok it takes 15-20 mins to get to Dubai Mall but it can take 10-15 minutes even if you live in Jumeirah! When you first drive to them you think it's quite far but actually when you do it on a daily basis it's really not that big a deal.

I use to drive from DSO to Internet City for work before I got my apartment.

It was killer if there had been an accident....

I bought recently 2 properties in AD, the yield is excellent, and I don't see any risk in the short term (5 years), obviously things can change... but at the moment it's one of the best places in the world to invest in real state, and I have properties in 3 countries.

What is the yield? Not the gross yield, the net yield after voids and service charges.
