Hi Everyone,
this is a very informative platform 👏
I interviewed with ADNOC on 02 oct, and after few day s i called the number from which i got interview call, and the person confirmed me that i am recommended and wait for them for contact. Hopefully I will be contacted soon for further details.
Any idea when I will be contacted for further process?

My interview for the position of Senior Engineer Inspection went well on 16th May 2024. One of the HR members said that I would receive an email soon.
However, I haven't received any email yet.
Typically how long does it take to receive a message of acceptance or rejection from ADNOC HR?

I reckon those things are pretty common in the Middle East.

I had my second interview in March 2024 and the recruiter said that he would communicate the feedback a week after which didn’t happen. I tried to follow up but they completely ghosted me. My status is still the same in Workday.
I reckon those things are pretty common in the Middle East.

I received an email from ADNOC ONSHORE HR today. They informed that I am selected for the role and asked for attested qualification documents, last 3 months payslips and expected salary etc.
Any update on your recruitment?

Expected Salary.
Can anyone elaborate on the Expected salary question? How much % over your current base you should ask for?
Any insight in to Lumpsum package would be helpful.
