1 bed apartment at The Greens, 741 sq ft, 3rd floor with a view of Emirates Golf Course (or it has until the finish the new block in front of the window), 46,000 Dhs (last year was 40,000 Dhs).

2 bed (well, 1 br + study/storage room) on 23rd floor in Dubai Marina. 1300 sq feet excluding balcony. Sea/Dubai view. DHS 75,000 including a/c.

If u are renting in Dubai, how many bedrooms, rooms, villa, apartment or a share and whats the annual rent.
4 bedrooms all ensuite + Fmaily room, 4700sq feet with Golf Course View, Villa in The Lakes, Dhs190k

Single storey 3 bed villa in Mirdif, 8 villa compound, shared pool in centre of compound with garden / patio area, 2 bath + 1WC. Fairly small and getting a bit old now but for 55k (so can't complain)
