Good news, I saw a 24 December NOA2, but that was a humanitarian case. I am
30/31 December and my theory with the flurry at the MSC was that they were
trying to to get to the end of 2002 by the 1 March transition, at which
point they would slack off for who knows how long. Looks like they won't
make it so either I was wrong or they couldn't actually work hard. Anyway,
my petition's only been out there (receipted) for exactly 60 days today and
they are almost there, so goodonthem!

Hello all,

Just to give a quick update and possible good info regarding VSC.
I called VSC regarding status of my 2NOA. At the moment, they haven't received the letter from MSC. The lady told me that when I receive the letter, I should fax it to them right away. Well this afternoon, I got the letter in the mail. Yippppieeeeeee!!!
I faxed the receipt 2NOA to NVC. Hopefully, this will help expedite the process.

Here's the information they requested when you fax the 2NOA:

Your Full Name, Address, SS# and Date of Birth. Also, they need your spouse full name and Date of Birth.

NVC fax# : 603-334-0791

i received my approval from the I129f, I call the vsc and they had received my
approval from MSC, is there anything else I need to do. She told me it would
take at least 2-4 weeks before it goes on to Jamaica for my husband's
interview.
Please give advice? I have an attorney and guess what, I'm doing all the dog
gon' work.

Well, my case has been approved as of today Feb 28, 2003 for those who didn't see my other post I get to graduate to the 2nd NOA list!

Don't you mean you called NVC, not the VSC? Anyway, according to an earlier post an operator at NVC said they normally take a minimum of 2 weeks and a max of 6 weeks to process the info and then electronically forward to the consulate. The impression was that they forward all of the info to all of the consulates that way. I guess maybe call NVC and ask them just how they do send the info onward to Jamaica. Ask when they received it from MSC so you can plan accordingly.

THERE ARE SEVERAL versions of this list going around (even in this
thread). This version doesn't show me in the 2nd NOA list. I will add
myself for good measure. (apparently this version doesn't show when
the 1st NOA is if you've already got your 2nd.)

Would someone be lovely enough to answer this for me? What forms does London send in Packet 3 for K-3s? We just got approved and we want to stay one step ahead, meaning we'd like to have all the forms ready to send off as soon as London receives our approval.
