Yes, sounds like you are describing the DS-160. Should have a barcode top right.

The tax transcripts can also be useful at interview for quickly proving their ability to support you.

The tax transcript can be ordered online and I think she will be able to just save it and forward to you right away.

Thanks - I've pinged her a message to see if she can do that. If not I assume it won't be a deal-breaker re. visa being approved?

The most likely worst case scenario is that they will hold your passport until you send it in.

Managed to open up a bank account with Wells Fargo today!

Went to apply for my SSN which was a bit confusing as immigration (I assume at my POE in NYC) put my middle name down alongside my first name which confused the guy at the SSN office. He gave me a bit of paperwork saying with additional checks etc it could take 4 weeks which wasn't an issue. He also asked about any prior visits to the US prior to my K1 POE which seemed odd but oh well.

I need to start the ball rolling on getting my drivers license but the Colorado DMV website isn't exactly helpful and I've read in some places I can't actually do this until I have NOA1 from the AOS process so I need to look at that a bit more.

It'll likely take closer to 10 weeks. I'm guessing the guy didn't know any better.

You don't need old passports - unless you have no other proof that the two of you have met face to face at least once during the past 2 years. Even then, old passports prove nothing other than that you visited the US. They don't prove you met each other. Photos would be better.

I'm assuming CO DMV is similar to NC DMV:

You should be good to get a driving licence with your I-94 and passport - no need to wait for AOS.

However, you will need an SSN to get your licence.

I had a quick look at the DMV for CO and it looks similar to that in Idaho.

I went along to the ID DMV and the NOA they needed was confirming I'm still here legally so I assume AOS NOA for approval? Mine is in process. The I-94 would expire after 90 days so they would only allow me to have a license until my I-94 expires. So you may have to wait a while or use your British license as some states allow that for a year like I have. Then all I need is my EAD to prove longer term residency like in CO.

Don't take the above as 100%.. I'm just sat in the car waiting to pick my wife up from work so have a look on their website (https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/sites/default/files/DR2300B.pdf) or even better go and see the DMV like I did. Very helpful people.

Would I be expected to have printouts of any photos etc? We did all of that when my fiancee put the original petition in, and I don't see any indication in the required document list about that.

Thanks Tom169

My fiancee has now managed to send me her W-2 for 2014 and 2015 along with her last 3 wage slips and also a "Tax Return Transcript" for 2015 from the IRS - it shows she is easily over the poverty guidelines.

Hopefully we are now all set for Thursday!

Update follows!
