I was told that they do. However, there are specific hours and days. In my case Thursday works best for me. I cannot remember the other hours or days just that Friday isn't an option. And I am very fortunate as I can adjust my schedule so as not to have to lose money or vacation days. I'll keep you posted but our 90 isn't up until June 10.

Alright, thanks a lot! I wouldn't go until the week of the 15th of June anyway, since I have to go back to France on the 25th of May until the 14th of June for exams. So the first of us who goes will keep the other posted! =) But hopefully neither of us will have to go!!

Be prepared, they are behind and mine was the 6th Feb and I still had to get a Interim like so many others.
Once approved who knows looks like a week to 10days

i sure hope so seems like it is approved randomly like a lottery
may god be with us all cause we only know how it is to wait for EAD

sorry for the long absence.. i think that the USCIS IT guys are transforming in some kind of Keyser Soze......lol...and i'm the USUAL suspect...they keep blocking me...well..i'm not the only one..the searcjh team on the other site k1advocacy group are in the same position..it seems that USCIS are protecting their site reducing the searches range from 1,000 to 500 and then to 251 per day...

I sure would like to know how they applied for the post that has been approved quickly....being all k3 what is the difference...another guy from fiji , got married , applied, n came over to states, when he came over.....his passport was stamped with ead, i had the same kind of application, guess the reasoning is that they dont like me huh......

on the same token, one of my relative drove to get his visa extended for another year or whatever, he had to go 5am and que up at the sacramento immigration.....he got out at 12pm.....

i wonder why or some other type of actions would be taken so that speedy proccess is taken care off......after all we are just human beings, americans or not.....and need to live...why make lives a living hell?

it's been exactly one month since i've made the first searches on the situation of EAD approvalls..all that i can say is that i need a couple of people willing to help me... they should have a dial up connection or a dynamic IP cos the USCIS web guys have reduced the searching ratio to 251 in 24 hours..i've been already banned twice for more than 24 hours cos i have a static IP...
