yep,kate..that's what they do with the files..there's no logic in their approval system....it has to do with the number of the people that work, their mood..lol.....

for ajayd..i have 34 pages of EAD NOA's but i can't tell which ones are for k3 or k1... i can PM you the NOA from 6 FEb and the days close to your NOA

my NOA is March 18 and the fingerprints were received on Apr 2

The new NBC processing dates were posted posted today, and it quotes November 10, 2003...Yay, so it's obviously not true, but still, you can't claim being overdue...

yep but you can go for your interim EAD if u're over 91 days ( i know it's not your case)....

Yeah I know, but I'd have to drive up to New Orleans again...and since I don't have a driver's license, which I can't have without a SSN here in Alabama, which I can't have without my EAD, my husband would have to take a day off of work to drive me up there and all...*SIGH*

Congrt!!! Happy for you...

You said "The NBC is currently processing cases received on Nov 30th,
2003" in your previous message. I am little confuse here.... Does this
means the processing time of NBC is not accruate? Can i expect to get
my EAD sooner than the processing time placed on the INS website?

we're msc04142 and he's still not approved. Maybe they just skipped over us....just praying to get this EAD soon!
