As of yet, most of them aren't, and yet they're working on March already. Check out the sporadic approvals, do they put names in a hat to determine who gets approved and who has to get an interim? This list does not include dozens of receipt numbers from Feb I've checked for e-filed apps. The difference (I think, and someone please correct me if I'm wrong) is that a regular app FORWARDED to NBC from a local office starts with MSC04, and then has 3 numbers to indicate the fiscal day, ie, 124, and e-filed apps start with MSC04, and then has 800 after it.
