The difference (I think, and someone please correct me if I'm wrong) is that a regular app FORWARDED to NBC from a local office starts with MSC04, and then has 3 numbers to indicate the fiscal day, ie, 124, and e-filed apps start with MSC04, and then has 800 after it.

I'll be changing my interim EAD appointment from May 20th to early June, so they have another 3 weeks to approve it. I just hope I'm in a better mood that day than I am today, or will be a force not to be reckoned with! (Not enough marshmallows! ;))
