For Brazil, you need your AP, British passport and a Brazilian visa.
UK citizens do not require a visa for Brazil. US citizens do, although that is now being removed too.

I'll also add that I would get to your check-in desk early as when I was returning to the US from the UK, the lady at the check-in desk didn't have a clue what an AP was and we had to stand around for close to 30 minutes for a supervisor to come and take care of it.

You may be luckier than I, but just a heads up!
