Damn, man, I'm starting to wonder if you are okay?
If your petition is pulled for an interview it could be A YEAR FROM THAT DATE.
It will NOT be the next week or the next month.
Geez. All you had to do was ask here.

I just received email and I spoke twice on the 1-800 #. My I-751 was
approved on May 12, notice was mailed to my lawyer(who is on vacation).
I filed Dec 27, 2005. I live in Los Angeles! And I am SO SUPER HAPPY!
HURAH! Good luck to everyone on this forum!

Guess you didn't read the word "could" in that sentence. And yes, I know someone from this site that not received the interview letter for two years and only got it because they gave up and filed for naturalization.
Get on with your life already.

Knowing someone who posted here doesn't necessarily mean that is a USCIS general rule/procedure. Every application is different and will be adjudicated separately.
Just to let you know that yesterday we have received the appointment letter for 751 interview at the LA local district office. My receipt date for I-751 is Nov 03, 2005 and me and my wife should be there and we are very lucky because we have cancelled our trip.
The interview was scheduled in less than 7 months.
Best of luck to all that are waiting for a decision from USCIS
Thanks!
