Default 125% of poverty line? I134

hi there! i have a question...
i will be having my mother as my joint sponsor for my hubbys K3 petition because i am unemployed.
I am fixing up the Affidavit of Support documents for my mother and I. I will be submitting my ITR 2000 and my moms ITRs in the last 3 years.
I dont understand the 125% of poverty line....are those numbers ...salary in a month or salary in a year? my mom has a household size of 7 once my hubby arrives...how much should her salary be in a month or in a year to be at the 125% of poverty line?

thanks for any info!

You are kidding, right?
Do you really think the poverty level is possibly $28000 per month???(80
percent of 125 percent is 100 percent and 80 percent of 35000 is 28000)

Damn but if it were a month, few people would be able to sponsor an alien !!!!

Its annual = yearly.

Default poverty line

my dad is having to co sponsor my husband and he will have to show income to meet the requirements for a household of 6.

BTW, don't the sponsor AND the co-sponsor have to have the last 3 years tax returns to date?

It depends on what the consulate wants.
Not all consulates want tax returns. Some want w-2s.
Moscow, as I read here, doesn't even want the I-134 form.
Have whatever the consulate wants.
