Never - the horse (just on loan for now) is coming after May long - Arab Mare can't wait, that will seriously be a dream come true for me.Have almost finished fencing, cleared the trees and so on - just gotta get the waterer and feeder there, hang some gates and we should be good.
To the op, I am a city girl through and through and this is all new to me. Grab it by the horns and as long as nothing dies then you haven't failed
Oh and get heated hoses

The sheep no idea why! the cows will be reared and butched, horses cos I want em, and whatever else just because.
10 acres isn't as much as some on here have got but whats the point in having land if you don't fill it with something!
