No worries on sending me a case, I only put salt on my chips.

@ $280 you can buy your own case, I only get 2 bottles. I passed on the gewurtz this year after going through 4 or 5 different wines and took the 2011 Chardonnay and a new
Pinot Gris.

I think it was back in February 2008 although my memory might be failing me, went from -48 on a Tuesday (with windchill) to 8 on a Thursday, I've never seen a sky that looked like that before or since, it was such a weird shade of light blue. I was like okay, it's fifty degrees warmer today, I doubt I'll get to say that again.

Except it wasn't, because you can't count the windchill. The max swing I have experienced was -20 to +15 in 24h (35 degree swing).

Get ready Herr Doktor, you're next! My sister has a throw cushion with the Eiffel Tower on it and it says 'My Other House is in France'.

update from Oliver:
I went to the big new private booze shop in the new mall next to Cdn Tire and they have the whole valley packed into the middle of the room classified by town and area with what appears to be every winery represented with a good selection. I bought the Wild Goose 2011 gewerztraminer for a buck or 2 less than it is at the vineyard tasting shop. And this place is about 10 min walk from our trailer, outstanding!

I'm just past there today at Osoyoos at the Company Retreat. Just having lunch overlooking the lake and it's 33 what a beautiful day!

My sisters are at the N'Kmip interpretive centre there now, (I elected not to go). It is indeed a nice day. It'll be hard to leave for Van on Thursday.
