Right thats it we need a final date and i'm crap at sorting these things out, so the next one that comes up with a date thats the time it will be!

I'm gonna be in Calgary from tomorrow for two weeks. WOuld love to meet some of you guys if the meet still goes ahead while I am there

OK so someone needs to bite the bullet and set a date and a time (not me - I haven't been a member long enough! 
)
It needs to be in the next 2 weeks and either at a weekend or late enough for babysitters/working peeps.....
