Well done you!! I'm so envious!! Even though I'm still being really good with my alcohol-free weekdays, my weight has gone UP!! I don't exactly stuff myself with bad stuff either.....but could still be the amount I dish out. Roll on "the thaw" and lighter nights and I will be doing a lot of walking again Keep it up Calgal

I didn't make any new year resolutions this year....

However, I did eat like a crazy fool in January, and now have the pre spring diet to look forward to over the next few weeks!

Weigh-in this morning! A grand total of 6.4 pounds so far and counting!!

(oh - and over FOUR for hubby, who has joined me!)

We're well chuffed and feeling greaaaaaat!

I know no-one else is probably that interested - but I'm just so bloody chuffed with meself (I would go out side and shout it, if I didn't think I'd get funny looks).

I'm down a total of 7.5 pounds now (and hubby is down a whopping 10 darned men get everything easier!)

Jaycee - should I make the competition public? Sod it, why not, it'll give you extra incentive

Jaycee has challenged me to a 'race' (or I challenged her, I ferget). We have the same target weight, apparently; and I'm gonna win!

Edit to add: ....and I'm not giving up me booze either!

Aaghh crikey Calgal, watchya gonnan done!! I came home late-ish tonight after saying goodbye to a friend who's moving to Edmonton, and not wanting to start cooking supper at 7pm, I called by Papa Johns for 2 medium pizzas (not all for me before you all wonder)! You can imagine the look on my face reading this post, staring mid-freeze at the screen, with my pizza in hand!!! Oh well, yes, it's made public now....I guess the race is on .....but how do we really prove our weight loss? We'll have to post a piccy to each other's email each month!!
