Best Male - French - Not Quebec French! also Proper, polite Edinbugh accent.
Worst Male - Russian/Ukrainian.
Worst Female - Northern Irish (sorry FK

Best - Irish or Scottish (not Glaswegian tho, coz I don't understand it so strong!!)
Worst - French or a strong Easter End of London accent = sorry
I have a very strong Welsh accent and absolutely hate it.. after booze I talk faster and accent gets much stronger.
