If you use a cup and saucer you can pour the hot tea into the saucer to cool it down quicker.

Err, well that's probably because I am old chap. 34yrs of eating with a knife & fork is a hard habit to break you know.

Yes, I know....the cleaning lady found it; I've had the footman post it back to you. The cook has been sacked for her lapse with the crusts.
