The leaders will have to be eliminated. Their followers will have to be deprogrammed or contained (Guantanamo anyone?). Tolerance of religious extremism (radical preachers for instance) will need to reduce.

There seems to be a number of countries to choose from, all of which are countries that we have so far had a meddle with, to no great success and we could add Libya to the mix too....Algeria seems to have been remarkably quiet of late, so something should be stirring there too surely?

We don't seem to have done a really great job of helping any of these people run their countries having helped them overthrow their violent dictators do we?
