Could you suggest to Jessica that she comes over here instead to watch the repeat broadcast? I'm free all night.

Putting the thought of Jessica to one side, for a moment, (just a moment, I promise), it was pretty sad seeing Pirlo being sent up field to take all those set pieces (that came to nothing), only to see him struggle to run back down the pitch, due to the fact that he lost possession after taking most of his set-pieces (that came to nothing).

Perhaps they played him as they felt he was entitled to be there (but no other good reason)?

(Great match, otherwise :))

You mean me and Jessica?

Moving on though, I quite fancy Christine Sinclair too.

Tell you what, why don't I just wire you €50m and we'll keep this quiet?

I got the wire just in time, so I had Seppia instruct that ref to give the penalty in extra time.

Thanks. I'll be in touch before the next match.

We seem to like giving you a bit of a head start these days, but it doesn't seem to do any good does it?

BTW This is the exact date when Iam McFaul, David Craig, Frank Clark, Tommy Gibb, Ollie Burton, Bob Moncur, Jimmy Scott, Pop Robson, Wyn Davies, Benny Arentoft, Jackie Sinclair and Alan Foggon won the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup in 1969.

It's not as bad as the Leafs is it?

To be honest you did manage to nearly blow it completely this year from being comfortable safe to possible relegation on the last day was pretty funny spectacular.

Mind you, Sunderland could never rely on Brucie to do anything right. He thinks we hate him because he's a Geordie (but it was actually cos he's useless).

Despite 8 wins against "top" european sides England now below Wales in the FIFA rankings... Looks like NI might also qualify.
