I'm confused: Where are you posting from?

It's on the box in Canada at 7:30 am EST Saturday next, but I don't get setanta at home and that's a bit early for the pub (even for me).

Faye, Beye amd Martins are on their way home after the African thingy. None of them got crocked (but none of them scored a goal either... they'll fit right back in).

Fair enough. And in return for your civilized remarks, I propose a moments silence on the board on Wednesday Feb. 6th at 9:30 am EST which is exactly 50 years from the time that Busby's Babes were decimated in the Munich air crash.

I'm just old enough to remember it.

thats jolly decent of you. the rememberence service is at old trafford at 2.00pm and there is a special show on MUTV at 9.00pm which is being taped and sent over for me. trailer looks very sad with charlton visibly upset.

on a more upbeat note, derby on sunday, though rooney is suspended, there must be a closet blue on here, they normally come out just before a derby, then slink away after the inevitable thrashing.

Ah, well. Moment of quiet reflection over. Eff off Manure, life goes on.

All's quiet on the northern front. Tomorrow Aston Villa (to be honest they're a club I've never had strong feelings about one way or the other, but tomorrow they are of course devils incarnate).

I was wrong about the Africans returning unscathed, Martins is out with an ankle injury (and Geremi is still out there for the final).

Que sera sera.
