This is the sort of dedication you need to show if you want to sign a striker:

I hope Corluka is not out for too long.

Crouchy and "the bare bones" were magnificent yesterday.

Watching the highlights I'm surprised that both Gattuso and Flamini were on the pitch at the end....that quote from Gattuso that Jordan was swearing at him during the game and then they both spoke in 'scottish' is quite funny. I didn't know it was a completely separate language. Can Jordan speak any Italians as he spent time at both A C Milan and Verona for about 3 years in total.

The strikers we've got did very nicely last night, thank you all the same.

That's six goals in seven matches from Best now. Who needs Andy Carroll?

Interesting results today.

Fulham got an away draw at City and West Ham gave Liverpool a licking. As a Spurs fan two results that made me feel better about our loss to Blackpool.

There was also of course the League Cup Final featuring the Woolwich Wonderers..........

Actually, and just to out my inner geek, wouldn't it be wonderful if the only four teams in the EPL starting with "W" ended up in the last four spots this year?

I've been toying with calculating the odds of the Premiership finishing in alphabetical order, but this is beyond even my immense talents.

Over to you.
