And to think I clicked on this thread thinking it was about the cheap, mean and nasty fortified wine called Thunderbirds I drank a few times back in Scotland!

I don't care what you say, I liked 'that' Thunderbirds film, well I wasn't personally hooked but my son thought it was terrific.
I used to look forward to the TV programme with great excitement...when I grew up I longed to BE Lady Penelope! Do you think she'll be allowed to have that long cigarette holder that she used to wave about? Will Brains still be a dodgy looking geek that we giggle at, or will this be politically incorrect?

I was an Aqua Marina girl. This thread jogged my memory and I can still sing the theme tune...I'm pretty good with Flipper and Skippy too!

I watched it tonight. Wasn't bad. But it was a kids movie. And as I said earlier, it had people in so it's not the same.
Thunderbirds was no more for kids than Doctor Who.
My dad used to watch it avidly when it was on TV originally.

I fear the I may have been watching 'another' 'that' Thunderbirds film! The one I watched that, it would seem I, wrongly thought we were talking about, was by the Thunderbird team, and it didn't have people in it, it had the usual ones, but better done. I haven't seen one with people in it.
