Even worse when they put something in the microwave and then wander off... Leaving the machine to beep every few minutes once it's done, until they finally come back to find the food has cooled down again, so they repeat the whole process over.

You what it it is, its people who want everyone else to know they've come in really early to work but all it does is make me really hungry and force me to pop down and get an extra sandwich and a bowl of soup.

No, they eat their lunch in the office at 10AM so that it doesn't impinge on their lunchtime break. Then they either go shopping, or the fat ones go for more food.

You may have a point, but no one expect the administrative staff really have set hours. It's all appearances with yanks, they come in early, eat at their desks and leave late but get naff all done.
