Likely cuts from opening lobsters the clumsy way. At least there was a reward involved! Nice pic, they look great.

Steamed  -

Hopefully some snow crab should be on its way soon - the guys were headed out this morning so with any luck there will be a pan full on the doorstep after work tomorrow :fingerscrossed:

For some reason every little nick from a lobster shell seems to manage to end up a bit infected - one of my fingers feels like its as thick as a baseball bat

I had enough pastry and filling left over to do it again, so I did. No adult supervision, that's my problem.

Tonight I'll be having baked chicken with salsa and salad. I have a fitness test for work coming up in month that includes running a long way (for me) in a short time, otherwise questions will be asked. :(

Maybe it's some corporate team-building thing, you know, culminatinag in Tony Robbins and his teeth browbeating Oink into walking on hot coals so he can be a district manager or something.

I'm certainly not. Although I have given up sugar in tea, which is making me (more) grumpy in the morning but I suppose that bit of whinging should be in the breakfast thread.

I like whiskey in tea. I had fish, rice and asparagus but later on when the burger thaws out I may make a little shepherd's pie or something if I get hungry again.
