Beef stew would also be nice. Apparently, we're eating more healthfully at the moment in preparation for Christmas. She's even hidden the biscuits. :thumbdown:

My friend went ice fishing yesterday and I had to work, but I asked him, should he catch a nice burbot of 4 lb or so, to keep it for me. At about 3:30 as I was packing my tools up he came by with the burbot (our freshwater ling cod) and a little walleye. And so it came to pass that I've just had a great big plate of fish and chips. And 2x lager.
