Coconut curry sounds lovely.
I must make one of those some time soon.

I have just had a scrumptious dessert of my husband's home baked banana cake with caramel pecan fudge ice cream from Birchwood dairies.

We had Basa fillets, asparagus and sweet potato mash!

We have started having SPM instead of normal mash as its got a lower glycaemic index .... apparently :thumbsup:

Went out last night and caught about 120 nice sized Spot prawns in each trap. Had some of them for a very late tea last night. :)

What sort of size were they ? I was reading this morning that the wild BC spot prawns can be up to 10" long in some cases ( not sure if thats total length or eye socket to rear carapace ) :thumbup:

They can get that big. The ones we caught were generally around four to five inches not counting the long spiky thing on their noses.

Pizza - went out this evening and caught it myself!
About 9 inches wide, if you want to know the size.;)

We went out as well. Went for an Indian and had four types of naan. :thumbup:

We had garlic, peshwari, keema and one I can't remember the name but it had curried potatoes in it. We bought some home. :)
