Really must get some mint sauce before we have the next one. It was a late decision as stepdaughter came home with two more to add to the others in the freezer - it's been cheap, we stocked up. I left one in the fridge for today but nobody had been to anywhere to get some mint. |

Admittedly that was when Lamb was ridiculously expensive and I wasn't really buying it, other than a rare small piece near it's best before date. Plus only two of us ate it then and now four of us do. :thumbup: There have been a fair few reductions lately though and we got a bit carried away. :o |

Stepdaughter just came home from work. Without looking at her as she appeared behind me, I held my hand out over my shoulder.
Why do you have your hand out she asks. I was expecting you to put something in it, says I. One jar of mint sauce. :rofl: I just knew she'd come back with one. :nod: |

Shopping last week I bought a jar of mint sauce, completely forgetting my stepdaughter came home with one a couple of weeks earlier. So we have lots to use up now. Hence today's roast. |

Baked chicken leg with bbq sauce (gochujiang paste, hoisin, soy, hot wing sauce), sweet potato fries with garlic mayo and peas.
