Ok so now its out on the forum. I was a dedicated Slimming World member/consultant in the UK and as we got nearer and nearer to emigrating I fell off the wagon.
I am gonna be really cheeky and ask is there anyone out there that could possibly let me have the website password so I can check sin values on the foods with the syn calculator for the next couple of weeks with all the different foods out here. I need to get back on track.
Many thanks
Ali-simon

if you get it I'd like it too. Slimming World only thing that worked for me. I spent 3 hours the other week cutting out recipes from old slimming world magazines and putting in "red" and "green" folders ha! Unfortunately you're gonna need it too because we all put on about a stone when we first got out here yikes!

We'll be seeing you in the EXFAT thread then???? Slimming World is the only thing that has worked for me too - we still have a couple of boxes in the garage that haven't been unpacked and I'm sure I brought my red/green books with me - I think I should get hold of slimming world and see if they would franchise out here.........

Can't you become an online member so that you get access to everything?

I could but you can't buy half the food I would normally use so I just want to work out syn values on the bits and pieces I now buy here in Canada. Have all my recipe books and menus - just need syn numbers. Its about £60 to join on line.

Hello
I am pretty new to the site and was amazed to see SW as a title. We are currently in the process of coming to Canada and to know that the password for the website could be on line is just fantastic. SW has done wonders for me (because I can eat lots and not feel hungry) and I have been wondering how I will go on should we actually get given PR. It would be great to swap recipies should we ever get bored of the same food. Also doing SW in Canada would be a great idea.

I have been following the diet for a few months now and really enjoy it. I just wish they would start some meetings in Canada, as the support of a face to face group would be great. I used to do weight watchers, but since converting to Slimming World, weight watchers just doesnt compare at all.
I know they have now started some meetings in Texas. Hopefully they will come here eventually.
