As far as the eraser is concerned, Oh, I dunno, how about "collateral damage" during a war.
Or an even touchier (no pun intended) subject - what to do with pedophiles as everyone knows that you can't rehabilitate them.
Or how about what the ones sitting in Guantanamo Bay are wondering as most of them have never been charged.
