I somehow clipped my rear tire a while back and a few hours later is got flat. Replaced it with a new one, and literally a week later, clipped it again and had to replace it a second time. Pretty annoying.

Yes indeed. The tire shop is giving a discount as they are the same ones who replaced it a few months ago, they are only going to charge for the tire, and waive the labor fee.

Went to an open house for a unit in our building that is for sale. Listed at $680,000.

The strata seems to underfund themselves. New building and all.

I would not buy in this building. Its had issues and 25% of the units are below market rentals owned by the developer which the strata rulers hate.

You certainly get more bang for your buck out your way.

We are priced out of Vancouver so best option might be an RV to live in.

I just had a text saying that the rain last night brought some of the big fish to the mouth of the Capilano river but there's some naffing work that has to be finished so I can't go. I'm not happy. :frown:

When I got up HID had living room fire on this morning. I turn the pilot light off in May to save a bit of gas and I didn’t realize she knew how to turn it on. Needs must and all that but I could done without the lecture on gender role stereotyping at 5:00 am. I tried to explain it wasn’t about that, I just thought she was a bit thick. ;)
