Ahem! Houses have feelings too.

This wing looks to be well bothered.

The US Navy ship in San Diego is still burning, looking at updated news from the area seems its not out yet.

This naval yard is only 5 or so miles from my dads house.

The adjacent property, 2814 Bellevue Avenue, is currently listed on MLS which could be purchased in addition to create an exclusive Estate in excess of 27,000 sf with over 120' feet of ocean frontage. (24208568)

I've never been keen on pebble beaches and those are a bit on the large side.

It is a nice part of Vancouver (WV) actually, quite villagey. And plenty of places to walk (including there) taking in the very same view. Just a shame about the lack of 18 mill (or even a mere 11)

Lovely sound made by the waves but they're terrible for walking on, playing footie or tennis and not comfortable with just a towel between them and you.

It is a lovely sound. I find them extremely comfortable too - especially if on an incline !
Tempted to break quarantine now !

I dislike pebble / shingle beaches too, I grew up going to camber sands, so stone beaches will never do it for me I don't mind the odd boulder, handy for sitting on while drying your feet
However, that property has had a proper sand beach put in lower down, apparently

The 12,917 sf property offers an ultra-low level beachfront access with 60.89 feet of ocean frontage. The sandy beach area was recently enhanced & engineered by raising the entire frontage over 6' feet with wave-management barriers being placed both subsurface and beyond the high-water line.

On the other hand when did you last get pebbles between your toes before putting your shoes back on?

As an Aussie it took me a long time to get used to pebble/stone beaches. In my (then) rather limited world view I thought beaches could only be sand, anything else was just the ocean meeting rocks.
One of WA's beaches, the sand's like talcum powder so while it's lovely to lie on, you do need a good shower when you get home because it gets into everything.
