Oh PD if you think that house is untidy and messy I’m glad my house isn’t under your scrutiny...the joy of the web, nobody knows I’m not a goddess of all things domestic!

Rather cheaper than I thought it would be in Ottawa too?

My driveway is a mixture of packed down snow, ice and bare asphalt. Next to the road there is no bare asphalt. There is a guy down the street who somewho manages to have his entire double driveway down to bare asphalt. He's retired (naturally) and scottish and an ex-civil engineer.

My basement has its moments of clutter and every so often we go through things in it to determine if we really will use something we put in the basement when we moved here 20+ years ago and have not used since we moved here.

That house is an end unit townhouse I think. It all depends on location in the City, size of house etc but you are right the price doesn't seem crazy.

I'm in the consulting field related to housing, city growth etc so I see a lot of properties and more often for their raw land value. Yesterday I was in a clients new 4 plex and the units are about 85 m2 of private living space each and the rent is between $1650 and $1950 per month depending on the floor. That doesn't include any utilities or cable or internet and the 4 units fight over 2 parking spaces. A bus stop is a 2 minute drive away but still for a 2 bedroom unit it seems a lot as the building isn't much to look at and the neighbourhood is hardly awe inspiring. I"m glad I'm out of the rental or first time home buying game.

Kind of regretting booking Air Canada for my return. Going back to Feb 6 to today the flight has been 1 to 3 hours late departing everyday but the 6th.

That is some poor performance.

Is that AC's fault or something else. Perhaps the incoming AC flight was delayed as it couldn't get a gate due to a late departing flight non AC from the assigned gate so would you blame them for that? Numerous things as you well know happen at airports that delay flights so blaming the carrier is not always correct but yes its a pain when flights are delayed and some carriers do perform better than others.

Anyone else having issues on Google Chrome with the BBC news website and more importantly the BBC football website and even Iplayer in that I either get an error message or a version of the website with broken links.

Doesn't seem to be an issue with Firefox and I put it as https://www.bbc.co.uk etc...on chrome they were bookmarked and yesterday they worked. I don't think the bookmarked versions were https

Here's a potential replacement for the reddit streams for the footie. Currently got Arsenal on and it looks every bit as good as the disappeared.

Thanks for the link. My son at university will appreciate it as well.

I was kind of hoping that Arsenal would be losing. A team I find very hard to appreciate.

Man City for me. I was trying to support them yesterday but my heart wasn't in it.

There is another team in that fair city..not sure if you've heard of them..a bit of an underground team. They had a very little known coach called Sir Alex Ferguson. :):)

Not so good for the Chelsea game. Very good picture quality but it kept buffering and stopping. I gave up on it.

Most of the ones on reddit were working so well too. :(

It could be all of the rabid Chelsea fans in NB who were putting a strain on the bandwith :):)

Now here is some good rental porn. However, you are paying $2.6 million to buy 4 rental units. A five minute walk from Justin 'because its 2015' Trudeau and his sunny ways
