Trying to get information from Niagara on the Lake College is really painful. Sent an email asking 3 questions. They replied answering 1. Sent another asking the 2 remaining questions, I now have the answer for 2 of the three questions. I should hopefully have all the answers by the end of the week. Blimey!

What's a wub?

Octopus sure is an intelligent creature. Can't believe some people (mainly Japanese (eat them). Actually, I was tricked into eating a bit, and almost threw up the next day when it was revealed to me.

You were lucky.
From my experience I'd have predicted either no response at all or a link to the website that doesn't show the information hence you asking the questions.

That sort of thing drives me nuts. I've had the same problem with work colleagues/clients/outside contacts etc. If it becomes a repeated problem with them, I send 3 emails each with one question and they quickly get the message.

I was being a bit lazy. It is a

They are wonderful IMO.

We used to have a small local aquarium in our village. Very small. There was an octopus - I forget his name - . He always preferred to talk to husband rather than me. Can't think why. :-p

Pharmacy is trying to sort.

Hasnt been my day today.

Doctor would not send in a new one and wants me to go into the office, but of course no appointments today, they have some tomorrow but I am at work and cannot miss anymore days.

I am hoping it will find a way to go away on its own but I'll see the doctor Tuesday if it doesn't.

That's a pain in the ass, wasn't the allergy on your chart? Get well soon!

It is and she even asked me about it, so I never thought to look at the script, but then I can never read them anyhow.

https://www.straight.com/news/116218...public-hearing

"According to the staff report, there is an existing rental building at the site. Rents at the said building are $650 for a studio; $600-$700 for a one-bedroom unit; and $750-$850 for a two-bedroom unit."

“If approved, the application would contribute 34 for-profit affordable rental housing units towards achieving the City’s affordable housing goals as identified in the Housing Vancouver Strategy,” the report stated.

The proposed rents will start at the date of the public hearing: $1,496 for a studio; $2,505, two-bedroom unit; and $3,365, three-bedroom unit."

It might. The GPs here don't routinely prescribe anti-biotics for chesty infections and the like. Last time MrBEVS had to go for a prob that hadn't cleared in a few weeks, the quack prescribed vitamin C and some sort of odd flower extract  and stuff like that. Was a $ rip off. It did clear itself on its own in the end though.
Lucky there , as I'd have had the quack's bits squeezed in a tie press if it had been bacterial rather than viral.

Yes. Get well soon.

Its the coughing that is annoying...plus the lack of energy. I get up and do something and no energy and have to catch my breath, plus the headache.... Makes for a miserable work day...lol

Its been like 11 days now since first symptom, was hoping it would be gone now.

Bristol, the 1st response did indeed include a link to the website that I had already been looking at, I was asking for some more information on the course I am interested in, some courses on the site have a breakdown of modules, the one I am interested in doesn't, I was also invited to attend the open day that it coming up. I had explained in my original email that I am in Alberta. I also asked if UK qualifications were accepted or if there were other steps I had to take - that is the remaining unanswered and possibley the most important question.

It drives me nuts to Partially! It's like those 1 word text messages grr
