These are quotes contributed to BoJo
My chances of being PM are about as good as the chances of finding Elvis on Mars, or my being reincarnated as an olive.
My friends, as I have discovered myself, there are no disasters, only opportunities. And, indeed, opportunities for fresh disasters.
"Voting Tory will cause your wife to have bigger breasts and increase your chances of owning a BMW M3." Shame In no longer married lol

It looks more than a little like the parties got together previously, realised something might look a bit dodgy so agreed a "position" which may be at slight variance with reality. Only for one of those involved to "let the side down"

I see the moron has issued another typical blustering quasi-apology. "I'm sorry if I made myself look bad by dropping you in it", basically.
What a loathsome slug of a man.

Re: Random stuff - the anything else thread
No attempted delivery notice left either which they normally do, so to me the driver seems to never even have stopped by.
Yesterday was a holiday here so they were closed.
Today tracking just shows in transit sitting at their depot (not open to the public) so who knows if it will be delivered since it doesn't show out for delivery and there is no estimated delivery date like normally is.
This parcel only went Burnaby to Vancouver which is a mere 15 km or so away.
Only reason I need it delivered as it's 50 pounds and I cannot take a 50 pound item on the scooter...lol
Next time I will ask the store to put it in a taxi...

Had the Radon test results for our basement today. I told everyone to pack their bags ready for leaving tomorrow morning.
The level at which action is suggested is 200. Ours was 59.

Extremely unlikely, to need one usually your heart has stopped to all intents and purposes, and, usually, you are unconscious, so a little difficult. In certain cases when the heart has developed a very odd beat, then it's used on conscious people, but that's a much rarer situation.

Something similar happens in sci-fi movies when there's a long journey to some planet in a distant solar system and the crew/passengers are in suspended animation (or whatever) with life support connected and monitored, ready to respond.

If you fall in the water while fishing...will they still work?
