Sears has significant doubt over the companies future. They don't expect to have sufficient cash flow to meet it's obligations over the next 12 months.

I am surprised they have lasted this long, was in a store last winter and it was the most disorganized mess I have ever seen in a store and their stock looked old, shirts that were faded and boxes covered in dust, empty jewelry and perfume counters with nothing in them.

I am surprised any of these sort of standard department stores have lasted, every one I have gone into in the last couple of years looks like it is closing down even though it hasn't been.

I think the only ones that will survive are the ones that are a little different, like Nordstrom and Saks 5th Ave. Although not as different as Bobby's of Bognor ;)

I didn't see that I had duplicated the post on my phone until I saw it on my iPad and therefore thought that the pair of you were bonkers...I still do but can see reason in the madness.

This made me chuckle.... Guess which pair I was thinking of when I saw this on Nutek's funny thread ....

Cheers Nutek:thumbup: Not that he will be looking on this forum
