I spend too much time at an airport these days. Lol

The 2 or 3 min break between the offload and onload.

Had 156 bags off and 196 bags on. Total of 49 mins from arrival to departure which also includes doing things like potable water, ground power, air con and other misc tasks and only 3 people.

Yep. We run on skeleton crews.

Its not fun. When I worked at an airline we would have 4 plus a lead for 5 people total for planes of this size.

ha ha no.

We did have a plane come back to the gate once, well we pushed it back, then towed it right back in, a passenger didn't feel comfortable flying on a regional jet and was having a bit of a panic attack.

Luckily he had no checked luggage, so we didn't have to open the bin up and look for a bag which is a pain.
