Hang oin there babe it will happen, google the property ladder and look in your area for waht is selling and for how much, what market are you targeting ?
Really want to sell it CP...don't want the hassel of worrying about the house while were away...and nothing much is selling here...just a few ex housing executive houses but nothing over 200,000 is selling at the minute:o

That's exactly what i mean, i have drunk it in Manchester, Liverpool, and Edinburgh, but it just dose'nt taste the same as it does coming from Ireland.:thumbup:
