Have been told i should have letter of confirmation by end of this week.
6-8 weeks for validation.

When i have the letter in hand, the house is going up for sale !:eek::sneaky:

Where i stay there has been some fairly decent movement on 2/3 bed houses, but i dont know if anyone is really looking for a 4 bed at the mo, but we shall see.:unsure::thumbsup:
