He's still hanging on, blaming Wright, and still denying nothing specific just in case a fib comes back to haunt him.

It's rather predictable that the PM wouldn't be popular within the artistic community. He killed of a portrait gallery project apparently so he will be something of a Goldstein figure for them to abuse.

That said he may well be becoming a problem for the party in which case the party will have to engineer a succession.
