That's a cool roof-rack.

$50m? I'd take a helicopter wherever I was going

LA traffic is no worse than the GTA really.

I think GTA is worse than LA - outside of peak rush hour never really had much of a problem.

LA is a fantastic city - I really love Huntington Beach and Anaheim (I know but its part of LA metro) If it were in Canada I would be living there already

That prospect doesnt seem to put people off Vancouver. BC is long overdue a "big one" isnt it?

Your missing what I said: If it meant that I had to live and drive in LA and the surrounding area then no I wouldn't want the money, I really wouldn't life would just be too miserable. If I only had to spend a week a year and fly in by helicopter and not travel on the roads then yes maybe.

Erm, it really was worse than anything I have seen on the GTA, it was permanent rush hour and we really didn't see anything about LA or the surrounding areas that was 'fantastic' it's an ugly congested place with so much smog any view you might possibly be able to get is smothered in haze.

Oh and we have experienced the GTA for about the same amount of time as LA - just vacation and I would return to GTA but I never want to go to Southern California again.

The one day we discussed going to Anaheim (we stopped with the idea after we had got as far as Newport as we were fed up with the traffic - Mini's do get uncomfortable) there were protests/riots so I think we had a lucky escape.

What would you prefer, a car with AC but a quite basic interior, or a car with no AC (and black colour), but with cruise control, USB connector, Sirius satellite radio, steering wheel-mounted audio controls.
The rest of the features are more or less the same. In MB.

I am voting for the AC, my OH prefers the other one...

Will it be very difficult to sell a car with manual transmission? and with no AC?
