Hard to say. The Sunni-Shia divide seems to fuel much of it in Iraq/Syria and simply the venom of the radicals. Certainly some of the Westerners that have gone to join ISIS are not poor or uneducated.

Yes. It was a shameful war. I don't understand how its not possible to hold Bush/Blair to account, they obviously personally over-rode so many checks and balances, especially Blair.
