This is all political nonsense because its their presidential election this year. The Republicans put in a tax cut knowing he'll [Obama] veto it, and then accuse him of hurting the AMerican economy. Typical bollox, and one they've all planned and scripted their positions and talking points a while ago

It would have to be a very odd tsunami to come off of the Bay of Quinte and ten miles up the Trent

I gather he has not passed judgement on the project, but had to declare to meet an assessment deadline or summat.

The dirty proposal to Texas will be back (or should that be Califormia).
