Any Apple Products, despite having a huge price initially, hold their value extremely well, way more so than other brands. I sold a 2.5 year old Macbook Pro last month for $950. Try selling a laptop that old for anything more than $150.. Sold my iPhone 4S to get the GS3 and got $500 for it. The going rate for a iPhone 4 on eBay/Kijiji right now is $350.. for a 2 year old phone!

I bet you can't say the same for iPods and iPads though?

I wonder if these Apple workers were pissed that
1. They didnt get a discount on the new phone
2. They didnt make enough phones so they could get a staff discount.
3. A worker was upset with the quality control displayed by his co workers
4. They were offered a refurbished iPad instead of wages

The seller perhaps or maybe the buyer but as we all know the buyer wants the cheapest price possible and the seller the highest price regardless as to what its actually worth.
I guess this saves them from all ending up in the dump at the same time

Anybody that plans on selling on products they have in a few years time when a new model is out. Of course if you buy inferior products then you can never do this anyway because it breaks.
Your opinion, which I respect. Mine is the opposite. This isn't an Apple vs the world thread though.

I just got one of them Jawbone Jambox speakers yesterday. While its a nifty gadget, their marketing department must have some sick people working there.
