Re: Hurricane Bill
We fly back to the UK tonight, so will miss it, but friends of ours are due to fly Monday night , really, really hope that it will venture in a different direction or downgrade itself.
Speak to you all on the other side of the pond. Karen |

yes, I just sat through it.............more of a horrendous storm than a tornado, in the west, although the north got hit badly I believe................ |
Re: Hurricane Bill
No... it's east of the Bahamas right now. The hurricane is huge but the bad part will hopefully just be a few km around the eye (wherever it hits land on Sunday/Monday).

Re: Hurricane Bill
Spare a thought for us in NB too.
We are going to be battening down the hatches. I wasn't expecting having to get the horses in due to storms for quite some time yet, but it looks like they will be in Sunday night. This summer has been so bad I am almost looking foreward to winter.......remember I said almost.;) |
