We also have a GE front loader from Home Depot. It too has a large capacity but it takes over an hour to do a load.

My washing machine takes 2 hours 9 minutes for a 40 degree wash.....

You know I managed to be oblivious to m**mite for 59 of my 60 years on this earth.

It's only because of this forum I know it exists.:p:eek::eek::eek:

I have tried it and I believe dbd33 is doing the right thing by feeding it to his horses.:p:ohmy::blink:

Can't believe I am still here.....should be running around the house to work off the excitement.

Might have to go in a minute, forgot the model number on my washer, need to check before I go to bed.

Quite.

BTW, in case you're curious at all, I'm wasting time on here today because I'm a shopping widower. Mrs C has been trying to find a suitable dress for a wedding we're going to in a couple of weeks for many, many months. She is now in panic mode and has been searching nooks and crannies since dawn.

And it's raining.

I cam on the computer to study for my CRNE but this is a good excuse not to.

Also my OH has watched about 200 hours of sport on TV this weekend and still going strong....cricket, football, motor racing....you name it.

I can cope with some but I am now at saturation point

My excuse is not as good as yours.;)

It's a gloriously sunny day here and Mrs_P is out mowing the lawn (that should illicit some comments):p while I'm stuck inside knackered because I replaced a sprinkler head in the underground sprinkler system.

Bloody heart.

We have the Kenmore H2 series front loader washer and dryer - friend convinced us they were the best things since sliced bread. No complaints with the tumble dryer but I am on the 2nd washer - 1st one conked out after 3 months. Wouldn't say it was brill - lots of money spent and not over impressed. Oh and I refused the optional pedestals at super mega bucks as I feel they make the machines too high to fold your washing on top of. Got loads of pressure from said friend saying my quality of life will not be so high if I don't get them. I hate doing laundry so my quality of lifew won't cahnge until I win the lottery and can aford to hire staff. lol.

Have you any idea who really made it?

I have always been given to understand Kenmore is just a brand name used by Sears, and the appliances are manufactured by differing companies depending who could build it to Sears specifications at the right price.

Well you should know better at your age. I'm sure Mrs_P is a dab hand at sprinklers. (Sorry about the heart thing though).

It looks as if my solitude is about to end. I've just checked our joint account on-line and a very substantial fee has just been debited by "Fashion Fair". I hope that's the dress or I will be really pissed off.
