And I wanted to put one Amos Garret up just so Mr & Mrs Novo can have a dance in the kitchen. Amos is a real journeyman, I think originally from Peterborough (oops checked & he was born in Detroit - he says he grew up in Peterborough no matter what wikipedia says) but now lives in Alberta and a dual citizen of the US & Canada. He's the man who played the solo on Midnight at the Oasis, and he played in Doug Sahm's band when Doug wrote Anybody Goin' to San Anton'. I'm only posting artists who've played the club where I work.

CTV is reporting that Miami Beach Police arrested Justim Bieber for DUI and drag racing, and his mother has publicly asked people to pray for her son in the wake of this arrest. Also a rumour that he spent about $75,000 on strippers on this trip. I'm having an attack of schadenfreude.

I saw an article about some of the conversations he has had with his ex, Blair. (Selma, not T)

Sounds like a pretty daft young man, would be hard not to spiral out of control. Still have to admit I wouldn't mind some extra padding of my own bank accounts
