Re: Good Canadian TV Shows, Films and Music
Perhaps Im aware of BTO due to harry enfields nicey/smashy DJ characters use of "Aint seen nothing yet", at a time when I suspect you were already in Canada...

You're aware of BTO but I'm not I've never seen it, nor indeed, heard of it. That said, I don't have television and have Sirius radio so it could be world famous in Canada without me knowing about it.
If I wanted someone in Europe to see what life in Canada is like, I'd suggest they watch Fargo.

I've simply no idea what that post means. Harry Enfield was, I know, a comedian of my father's generation but he means nothing to me. I don't think he's on the TV in Canada (unless he's in a bit part in On the Buses).

Rock music. Not generally one of my favourites. Maybe Metric.
Better of listening to something like MSTRKRFT

This was so predictable I'm not sure why I even opened it.

Not unless you are the oldest looking teenager in history. In which case you would be competition for Harry Enfield ...

Helicopter Canada was an interesting watch purely from the historical perspective. Was nominated for an Oscar too.

Stay away from a movie called 'antiviral' I was subjected to it at work last night - I don't think this terrible movie won any awards thank god!
To be fair though a lot of well known movies have been filmed (partly at least) in Canada and please feel free to correct me if I am wrong:
Kick ass
Scott pilgrim vs the world (Canadian movie)
Police academy (1-4)
...that's all I have right now...
