In short yes
Its more to do with female anti bodies, when a women has a male child, the female body fights the male babies natural growth progression, then when the mother has a second son, he is about 3% chance of being gay and so on, as the mothers blood cells begin to win their battle. |

No, the second or third brother is most likely, and the more sons a mother has in a row, the bigger the chance that the later son or sons could be gay.
1. Out of every 100 females how many turn out to be homosexuals? likewise 2. Out of every 100 males how many turn out to be homosexuals? I have heard a ten percent number for both genders which seems awfully high to me |

1. Out of every 100 females how many turn out to be homosexuals? likewise 2. Out of every 100 males how many turn out to be homosexuals? I have heard a ten percent number for both genders which seems awfully high to me There was a poll published in the National post "that found 5% of Canadians identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender. And contrary to the popular wisdom that the same-sex marriage rate is surprisingly low, the poll found that a third of LGBT people say they are in a same-sex marriage." In the US the number appears not much different "WASHINGTON, D.C., October 19, 2012, (Family Research Center)—When a Gallup poll asked people to estimate how many Americans were homosexual in 2011, most guessed 25 percent. Turns out, they were about 22 percent off. The actual number, Gallup reported Thursday, is about 3.4 percent—a startling statistic for most people who just naturally assumed the media saturation was driven by a big population." As for the genetic gene being passed along - I don't think there is scientific proof of that, then again:blink: |

when I first saw your post I would have made an uneducated guess a number single lower digits , so I went looking for some Canadian stats.
